You’re either dying at a normal rate, or dying at an accelerated rate.
Someone posted this the other day and I wanted to explain this very simply.
Life is transmitted from the brain, thru the spinal cord, thru the spinal nerves to each and every organ in the body. Life is expressed thru each and every organ of the body. The heart expresses life by beating the precise amount for that body. The testes produce exactly the precise amount of testosterone for that body. The bicep recruits the precise amount of muscle fibers to contract and relax it for that body.
Cut off the head, every organ dies and hence the entire body dies. Sever the nerve to the heart, it doesn’t beat and eventually dies. Sever the nerve to the testes, they don’t produce testosterone and eventually die. Sever the nerve to the bicep, it doesn’t contract or relax, and eventually dies.
Therefore, the quantity of life expressed is entirely dependent on life flowing thru the nerves to the organs.
Suppose instead of severing the nerve to the heart, we tie a piece of string around it, and choke it off, just a little bit. Now maybe only 90% of life is flowing to the heart. If only 90% life is getting to the heart, the heart will not function precisely correct. It will function at only 90%. What does that mean? I don’t know. Maybe the heart beats too fast, or too slow, even by one beat per minute. Maybe the heart cells don’t conduct electricity quite as good or too much. Maybe the heart beats harder. With only 90% life, the heart will function different than when 100% life is flowing to the heart. When the heart isn’t working precisely right, then the rest of the body must compensate. Maybe the kidneys produce more or less aldosterone to regulate the blood pressure. That may cause the bladder to work more or less depending on urine excretion. Of course the person will feel great at 90% life, but his body is not functioning correctly, and moving slowly closer to death.
This is what happens when the body is subluxated. The spine is designed to protect the nerves. Sometimes when the bones of the spine move out of place, instead of protecting the nerves, the spine irritates the nerve and interferes with those nerve impulses. Chiropractors call that subluxation.
If this condition is neglected, it will get progressively worse and worse, continually express less life, and continually move closer to death. If the nerves aren’t transmitting 100% life from the brain thru the nerves, the body is slowly dying by operating in a state of dis-harmony, dis-coordination, dis-ease, a lack of ease. Overtime as this condition worsens (because subluxations do get worse if not corrected) and continues to pinch off those nerves, the 90% over time becomes 80%, then 70%, and so on. Hence the body is dying at an accelerated rate. Eventually the life expressed becomes so little that the body can’t operate correctly and starts producing symptoms. Instead of the heart beating just a few beats faster at 90% life, maybe at 50% life the heart is now displaying serious symptoms of heart damage, like angina or numbness in the left arm. Sick, dying, heart-diseased cells, create sick, dying, heart-diseased tissues, which in turn creates a sick, dying heart-diseased heart. Dying organs produce a dying organism. It’s just that simple.
The job of the chiropractor is to correct these subluxations (video) with an adjustment (video). Once the adjustment is given, normal nerve impulses may resume so the body may function more normally. When the heart is expressing 100% life, it can beat at the precisely correct rate. It can conduct electricity at precisely the correct rate. It uses the precise amount of force to beat.
Chiropractors don’t concern ourselves with heart damage, that is a medical issue. The only thing a chiropractor does is adjust that bone, to take that interference to 100% life away, and allow life to flow again at 100% (or as close as possible to that). Once life is restored to that organ, now the heart may start beating at it’s precisely correct rate, conducting electric impulses at its precisely correct quantity and quality, and beating with the precisely correct force. Imagine if someone disconnected the spark plug wires to an engine. No point in rebuilding the engine, just connect the spark plug. Chiropractic is that simple.
No drug, exercise, vitamin, rest, positive attitude can do that. Just like chiropractic is not a substitute for other healthful activities (exercise, nutrition, rest, attitude) which should be done on a regular basis, no other profession can correct subluxations, only chiropractors can.
We’re all mortal and dying. We’re dying at a normal rate, or we’re dying at an accelerated rate. Chiropractors fend off death. How much life your body is expressing is entirely dependent on the mechanical integrity of the nervous system. It’s so important I get checked weekly and adjusted if necessary.
Chiropractic is much bigger than back pain or headaches. Chiropractors can’t promise anything, accept one thing. You’ll always have more life if you’re “Normal” instead of “Subluxated.” No logical person can argue that premise.
